Emma Donaghey
Physiotherapist, Sapphire Coast Physiotherapy
BSc Physiotherapy, MSc Sport and Exercise Medicine
Emma’s passion is pelvic and women’s health, sparked by her own experience with endometriosis. She’s all about helping women understand and take charge of their bodies through big life transitions like perimenopause and menopause, from pelvic floor and bladder changes to pelvic pain. Expect honest answers to the questions you’ve been too awkward to Google.
Dr Oliver Croke
Director and Chiropractor, Bega Chiropractic Centre
Dr Oliver has been looking after Bega Valley spines since 2020. He focuses on spinal health at every age, including chronic back pain and helping people stay mobile and independent as they get older, and keeps his care grounded in current research. Basically, he’s your go-to for the aches that crept in when you weren’t looking.
