Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are a great way to show that someone special you appreciate them, to celebrate a special moment or simply just because you care!

If you purchase a gift voucher online and would like the voucher made up, please let us know including what you would like written on the voucher and we will have it ready to collect otherwise you can simply email your gift voucher to the recipients straight away!

Gift vouchers can be used to book your online appointments by simply entering the voucher number when booking as a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Appointments & Cancellations
All clients are sent consultation forms to complete prior to the appointment. This ensures the treatments are suitable for you and we are aware of any health concerns or skin issues.
We respectfully ask you notify us of any changes in your health prior to your treatment as they arise or changes.
Reminders are sent 48 hours before your appointments. If you are unable to make it to your appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, please allow us as much notice as possible, we’ll do our best to help you out.
Last minute cancellations affect our small business in a huge way. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours, we reserve the right not to refund or transfer the deposit.
No shows will be charged 100% of the booking.
